Does RamStrong provide medical advice?
No. RamStrong is a personal tracking, organization, wellness, and educational tool. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or tell you what medication, peptide, supplement, dose, or protocol you should use. Medical decisions belong with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
What can I track in RamStrong?
RamStrong is designed to bring your wellness journey into one place. Depending on the features you use, you can track GLP-1 medication or peptide routines, injection locations, weight and measurements, nutrition, hydration, workouts, activity, symptoms or side effects, progress photos, goals, achievements, notes, and long-term trends.
Can I track GLP-1 medications, peptides, supplements, and other medications?
Yes. RamStrong can organize information that you choose to enter about GLP-1 products, peptides, and other injectables. RamStrong is not configured to track daily medications that you would normally take such as blood pressure medication, antidepressants, pain medication, etc. The ability to track an item does not mean RamStrong recommends, endorses, verifies, prescribes, or determines that the item is safe or appropriate for you.
Does RamStrong tell me how much medication or peptide to take?
No. RamStrong may provide mathematical tools that calculate values from information you enter, but those tools do not choose or recommend a dose. Always verify important calculations and follow instructions from your prescriber, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Can I track injection sites and rotation history?
Yes. RamStrong can help you record injection locations and review your previous site history as an organizational tool. The body map does not tell you where you should inject, whether a site is medically appropriate, or how an injection should be performed.
Does RamStrong work with Apple Health and Health Connect?
RamStrong is designed to support optional connected-health integrations such as Apple Health/HealthKit and Google Health Connect. Available data types depend on the app version, your device, operating system, permissions, and the features you choose to enable.
What information can RamStrong receive from connected health services?
Depending on supported features and the permissions you grant, connected information may include items such as body weight, measurements, body-composition information, activity, steps, workouts, active energy, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and other supported wellness information. You remain in control of the permissions offered by your device or connected service.
Can I add progress photos?
Yes, where that feature is enabled. Progress photos are personal records that can help you visually compare changes over time. Only upload images that you have the right and appropriate consent to store.
Can I track food, protein, hydration, workouts, and activity?
Yes. RamStrong is intended to combine medication or wellness tracking with everyday progress information such as nutrition, protein, calories, fiber, hydration, workouts, steps, activity, measurements, and goals so that you can see more of your journey in one place.
How does RamStrong handle my health and wellness information?
RamStrong uses the information you provide or authorize to operate the features you request, such as tracking, synchronization, reminders, charts, personalization, and support. The complete details are explained in the RamStrong Privacy Policy & Health Data Privacy Notice.
Does RamStrong sell my health data or use it for targeted advertising?
No. RamStrong’s Privacy Policy states that RamStrong does not sell Consumer Health Data and does not use Consumer Health Data or Apple Health data for targeted advertising or marketing.
Can I edit or delete information I entered?
RamStrong is designed so that you can manage your own tracking information. Available edit, deletion, export, account, and connected-service controls may vary by feature and app version. Privacy and account-deletion rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
Can I export or share my RamStrong information?
RamStrong may offer reports or export features that allow you to save or share information you have recorded. Review exported information for accuracy before providing it to a healthcare professional or anyone else, because much of the report is based on information you entered or synchronized.
What if information from Apple Health, Health Connect, or another device is wrong?
Connected data can contain device errors, synchronization delays, duplicates, missing records, incorrect timestamps, unit differences, or information from third-party sources outside RamStrong’s control. Review important information for accuracy and do not rely on connected data for safety-critical medical decisions.
Who is RamStrong intended for?
RamStrong is intended for adults age 18 and older.
When will RamStrong be available?
Availability will be announced by Stellar Software Development. Once the official store listings are active, the App Store and Google Play links on the RamStrong website can be updated accordingly.
