How to request deletion
You can submit a deletion request using the form below or email [email protected] with the subject RamStrong Account Deletion Request. Please use the email address associated with your RamStrong account so we can identify and verify the request.
What is deleted
After a verified account-deletion request is completed, RamStrong will delete or de-identify the account and app data associated with that account, including profile and account information; user-entered health, wellness, medication, peptide, injection-site, weight, body-measurement, nutrition, hydration, workout, activity, symptom, goal, note, and history data; uploaded app content such as progress photos where stored by RamStrong; app preferences and settings; and other RamStrong cloud data tied to the deleted account, except for limited records that must or may lawfully be retained as described below.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, fraud and abuse prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or to document the deletion request itself. Where no law requires a different period, such limited records are generally retained no longer than seven years. Data maintained independently by Apple, Google, payment processors, connected-health platforms, or other third parties is governed by those providers and may require a separate request to them.
Verification and timing
For security, we may ask you to verify control of the email address associated with the account or provide other information reasonably necessary to confirm the request. We will process verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Once deletion is completed, deleted account data may not be recoverable.
Deleting data without deleting your account
Where RamStrong provides controls to delete individual entries, logs, photos, or other records, you may use those controls without deleting your entire account. You may also contact us to ask about deletion of specific data while keeping your account, subject to technical, legal, and security limitations.
