1. Overview

RamStrong is operated by Stellar Software Development LLC (“Stellar Software Development,” “RamStrong,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy & Health Data Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, transfer, and protect information when you use the RamStrong mobile application, related websites, support channels, and other services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is intended to be read together with the RamStrong Terms of Use. If a separate consent, authorization, or notice is required by applicable law for a particular data practice, that separate consent, authorization, or notice will control for that practice.

RamStrong is a consumer-facing health and wellness technology service. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific service, Stellar Software Development LLC is not acting as a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider or health plan, and the information you enter into RamStrong is generally not “protected health information” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) merely because the information concerns health, medications, peptides, weight, symptoms, or wellness.

2. Medical and Wellness Disclaimer

RamStrong provides tracking, organization, reminder, educational, and informational tools. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, pharmacy, telehealth service, laboratory, emergency service, or substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Information presented through RamStrong – including calculations, charts, reminders, historical summaries, educational content, progress insights, or AI-generated content if offered – is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage a disease or medical condition and should not be treated as a prescription or individualized medical instruction. Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

3. Key Terms

Personal Information: information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household.

Health Data: information relating to health, wellness, body measurements, medication or peptide use, dose logs, injection sites, side effects or symptoms, weight, nutrition, hydration, activity, workouts, sleep, progress photos, notes, goals, or similar information entered, uploaded, imported, or generated through RamStrong.

Consumer Health Data: Personal Information that identifies or is reasonably linkable to a consumer and identifies or reveals the consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status, as defined by applicable consumer health privacy laws.

Sensitive Personal Information: Personal Information treated as sensitive under applicable law, which may include Health Data, Consumer Health Data, account credentials, body-related photos, precise location information if collected, and certain other legally protected information.

De-identified Data: data processed so that it cannot reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable person, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Aggregated Data: information combined across multiple users or records so that it describes groups, trends, or statistics rather than an identifiable person.

Product Contribution: structured product and nutrition information that a user voluntarily submits after affirmatively agreeing to help improve RamStrong’s shared product database.

4. Where This Policy Applies

This Policy applies to the RamStrong iOS and Android applications, the RamStrong and Stellar Software Development websites that link to this Policy, account and subscription services, support communications, and any related online service that expressly incorporates this Policy. It does not apply to third-party services that maintain their own privacy policies, even when RamStrong links to or integrates with those services.

5. Information We Collect

5.1 Account and Profile Information

  • Name or display name, if provided
  • Email address and/or phone number, if used for account access or support
  • Account identifier and authentication information
  • Profile preferences, settings, notification choices, and optional profile image
  • Authentication-provider information when you sign in using a third-party service such as Apple or Google

5.2 Onboarding, Goals, and Preferences

You may choose to provide goals, starting measurements, wellness preferences, experience level, medications or peptides you want to track, reminder preferences, and other information used to configure your experience.

5.3 Health, Wellness, and Tracking Data

Depending on the features you choose to use, RamStrong may process Health Data such as:

  • GLP-1, medication, peptide, supplement, or other user-entered product names
  • Vial, concentration, reconstitution, inventory, schedule, administration, and dose-history information that you choose to record
  • Injection-site selections and injection-site history

  • Exercise, workout, step, activity, recovery, and sleep information, including workout duration, active energy/calories, and workout-associated heart-rate information when available and authorized
  • Symptoms, side effects, tolerability notes, check-ins, goals, journal entries, and custom notes
  • Progress photos, body photos, vial or label photos, and other images you intentionally upload
  • Other health or wellness information that you voluntarily enter into a free-form field or supported tracking feature RamStrong stores or processes this information to provide the features you request. You should avoid entering information that is not necessary for your use of the Services.

5.4 Photos, Scans, and Uploaded Content

If RamStrong allows you to save or analyze images – for example progress photos, meal photos, label photos, or other images – the images and any metadata associated with them may be treated as Sensitive Personal Information or Consumer Health Data where required by law. If an image-processing or AI feature is used, the image may be transmitted to the service provider performing that requested function.

5.5 Subscription and Transaction Information

If RamStrong offers paid subscriptions or digital purchases, payments may be processed by an app store, payment processor, or subscription-management provider. We may receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, entitlement status, and related purchase metadata. We generally do not receive your full payment-card number when purchases are processed by an app store or third-party payment processor.

5.6 Device, Technical, and Usage Information

  • Device type, operating system, app version, language, and general configuration
  • IP address or network/request metadata when processed for routing, security, abuse prevention, or service operation
  • Crash reports, performance diagnostics, error logs, and basic technical telemetry
  • General feature-usage information, such as app launches, screens viewed, or feature interactions, when analytics are enabled

5.7 Support Communications

If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to include in your message and any attachments you send. Please avoid sending unnecessary Health Data through support channels. If support content includes Health Data, screenshots, photos, or account details, we will use that information only as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, maintain support records, prevent fraud or misuse, or comply with law.

5.8 Voluntary Product Contributions

If you manually correct nutrition information for a barcode-associated product, RamStrong may invite you to voluntarily contribute the corrected product information to the shared RamStrong product database.

If you affirmatively choose to contribute, we may collect the product barcode or GTIN, product and brand name, serving information, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, contribution and consent information, and an internal account identifier used for moderation, security, abuse prevention, withdrawal requests, and account-deletion purposes.

RamStrong does not currently collect photographs or videos as part of the voluntary Community Product Contribution feature described in Section 17.

Additional information about these contributions appears in Section 17.

6. Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

This section provides additional disclosures regarding Consumer Health Data. RamStrong may collect Consumer Health Data that you intentionally enter, upload, import, or generate through the Services, including medication or peptide tracking information, dose logs, injection-site records, symptoms or side effects, weight and body measurements, nutrition and hydration information, exercise and activity data, sleep information, progress photos, and health-related notes.

6.1 Purposes for Collecting and Using Consumer Health Data

  • Provide the tracking, logging, history, reminder, organization, and visualization features you request
  • Sync your information across devices when account-based cloud synchronization is enabled
  • Personalize dashboards, goals, reminders, charts, and other app experiences
  • Process a scan, image, calculation, or AI-assisted feature that you intentionally request
  • Maintain account security, detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability
  • Respond to support requests you initiate
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Services

6.2 Sources of Consumer Health Data

We may obtain Consumer Health Data directly from you; from information generated through your use of RamStrong; from a connected health platform or device that you expressly authorize; and from a service provider acting on our behalf to deliver a feature you requested. We do not intentionally purchase Consumer Health Data from data brokers.

6.3 Categories of Consumer Health Data We Share

We share Consumer Health Data only when reasonably necessary to provide a feature you request, when you direct us to share it, when a service provider processes it on our behalf under appropriate restrictions, or when disclosure is required or permitted by law. Depending on the feature, categories may include account-linked health logs, uploaded images, connected-health data you authorize, and health-related text or session context submitted to a feature provider.

6.4 Categories of Third Parties and Specific Affiliates

Categories of third parties that may process Consumer Health Data on our behalf include cloud hosting/database providers, authentication providers, encrypted storage providers, AI or image-processing providers for features you request, customer-support providers when you submit health-related support content, and security providers where necessary to protect the Services. RamStrong does not currently identify any corporate affiliate that independently receives Consumer Health Data for its own purposes. If that changes, this Policy will be updated before such sharing occurs where required by law.

6.5 Sale and Targeted Advertising

RamStrong does not sell Consumer Health Data. RamStrong does not share Consumer Health Data for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. RamStrong does not use Health Data, medication or peptide logs, injection-site information, symptoms, weight history, progress photos, or connected-health data to target advertisements to you.

6.6 Additional Categories or Purposes

We will not collect, use, or share additional categories of Consumer Health Data for materially different purposes without first providing the notice and obtaining any affirmative consent, separate consent, or written authorization required by applicable law.

7. How We Use Information

  • Create, authenticate, and manage accounts
  • Operate, maintain, and provide RamStrong
  • Sync data where synchronization is enabled
  • Provide tracking, reminders, history, charts, dashboards, and organizational tools
  • Personalize app settings and user-selected goals
  • Process subscriptions and entitlements
  • Provide optional AI, image, or scan features you request
  • Send service messages, reminders, and notifications you enable
  • Provide support and respond to communications
  • Process voluntary Product Contributions and maintain, moderate, verify, and improve the RamStrong product database
  • Improve reliability, performance, accessibility, and user experience
  • Debug issues, investigate crashes, prevent fraud, and protect account security
  • Enforce the Terms of Use and protect legal rights
  • Comply with applicable laws, court orders, and lawful government requests

8. Sources of Information

We collect information from you directly; automatically from your device and use of the Services; from app stores, authentication providers, payment/subscription providers, and technical service providers; and from connected health platforms or devices only when you authorize a connection. We may also receive information when another user or service provider communicates with us about an account, transaction, security issue, or support request involving you, subject to applicable law.

9. How We Disclose Information

9.1 Service Providers and Processors

We may disclose Personal Information to service providers and processors that help us operate the Services. These parties may include cloud hosting, authentication, database, storage, email, customer support, analytics, crash reporting, security, subscription-management, payment, AI, and image-processing providers. We seek to limit the information disclosed to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable service.

9.2 At Your Direction or With Your Consent

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, connect RamStrong to another service, export information, voluntarily contribute product information, or otherwise provide consent. Where applicable consumer health law requires a separate consent or written authorization for sharing or selling Consumer Health Data, we will obtain that authorization before engaging in the covered activity.

9.3 Legal, Safety, and Security Disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process; investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or potentially unlawful activity; enforce agreements; protect rights or property; or protect the safety of users, RamStrong, Stellar Software Development LLC, or others.

9.4 De-identified and Aggregated Information

We may use and disclose information that has been appropriately de-identified or aggregated for lawful purposes such as measuring general app performance, understanding broad usage patterns, improving features, or conducting internal research. We will not attempt to re-identify data that we maintain as de-identified except as permitted by law, such as to test the effectiveness of de-identification safeguards.

10. Service Providers, Processors, and Affiliates

The specific vendors used by RamStrong may change as the product develops. Before publication and before a material new data flow is introduced, RamStrong should maintain an up-to-date internal vendor inventory and ensure this Policy accurately reflects vendors that receive Personal Information or Consumer Health Data.

11. Artificial Intelligence Features

RamStrong may offer AI-assisted educational, organizational, summarization, image-analysis, or support features. If you use such a feature, the content you submit and limited relevant context may be transmitted to the AI service provider used to generate the requested output.

AI-generated content is informational and educational only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for professional judgment. RamStrong should not be used as an emergency medical service.

Unless we provide a separate notice and obtain any consent required by law, RamStrong does not use identifiable Consumer Health Data to train RamStrong-owned general-purpose AI models. We also seek to configure third-party AI services, where reasonably available, so that user content is not used by the provider to train generalized models beyond what is necessary to provide the requested service, subject to the provider’s contractual terms and applicable law.

12. Connected Health Platforms, Including Apple Health

RamStrong offers optional integration with the Apple Health app and may offer integration with Health Connect, compatible wearables, smart scales, or other health platforms. RamStrong requests access only to data types reasonably related to enabled tracking features and only after you grant permission through the applicable platform. You can change or revoke permissions through your device or connected-health settings.

For the Apple Health integration currently supported by RamStrong, the app may read and import, when you authorize the applicable categories: step count; workouts and workout details; active energy/calories associated with supported activity data; heart-rate information associated with imported workouts when available; body weight; body-fat percentage; body mass index (BMI); and lean body mass. RamStrong may import authorized historical records to build your tracking history and then perform ongoing synchronization to keep supported records current.

Imported Apple Health information that RamStrong needs to provide account-based tracking, history, charts, dashboards, synchronization, and related features may be stored with your RamStrong account on RamStrong’s service infrastructure. RamStrong does not store your personal health information in Apple’s iCloud through HealthKit. Information originating in Apple Health may also have been supplied to Apple Health by a smart scale, wearable, fitness tracker, another application, or another source you chose to connect.

Apple Health Commitments

  • Apple Health data will not be sold.
  • Apple Health data will not be used for advertising, marketing, targeted advertising, or use-based advertising data mining.
  • Apple Health data will not be disclosed to third parties except with your express permission and only as permitted by Apple rules and applicable law for a health or fitness service you request, or where otherwise legally required.
  • RamStrong will request only Apple Health data reasonably relevant to RamStrong’s health and fitness functionality.
  • Apple Health information is not included in or used to create voluntary Product Contributions or shared RamStrong product records.
  • Revoking Apple Health permission stops future access to the affected categories but does not automatically delete information previously imported into your RamStrong account; you may use applicable RamStrong privacy or deletion controls to request deletion of data RamStrong retains, subject to applicable law.

These Apple Health-specific commitments control over broader language elsewhere in this Policy to the extent necessary to comply with Apple’s platform rules.

13. Advertising, Analytics, Cookies, and Tracking Technologies

13.1 In-App Analytics

RamStrong may use privacy-conscious analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand general product performance and feature usage. We do not intentionally send medication or peptide logs, dose history, injection-site history, side effects, health notes, progress photos, or other Consumer Health Data to advertising or attribution providers.

13.2 Advertising

RamStrong does not use Consumer Health Data for targeted or behavioral advertising. If RamStrong uses advertising or attribution technologies on a marketing website, those technologies will be described in this Policy and configured so that in-app Consumer Health Data is not disclosed to advertising providers.

13.3 Cookies

RamStrong websites may use essential cookies and similar technologies for site operation, security, preferences, and basic analytics. If non-essential advertising or tracking cookies are introduced, RamStrong will provide any consent or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.

13.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because there is no universal standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, our response may vary by service. Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for covered web-based processing.

14. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell Personal Information or Consumer Health Data.
  • We do not share Consumer Health Data for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not use Health Data to target advertisements.
  • We do not use Apple Health / HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or sale.
  • We do not use Apple Health / HealthKit data to populate the shared RamStrong product database.
  • We do not automatically publish private food logs or nutrition history as Product Contributions.
  • We do not publicly identify users who submit Product Contributions.
  • We do not knowingly use identifiable Consumer Health Data to train RamStrong-owned general-purpose AI models without additional notice and any legally required consent.
  • We do not use geofencing around healthcare facilities to identify, track, or target consumers based on health services.
  • We do not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or individualized treatment instructions.

15. Data Storage and International Processing

RamStrong may store or process information using service providers located in the United States and other countries. The exact storage locations depend on the providers used for cloud infrastructure, support, analytics, and optional features. Where required, we use contractual or other legally recognized safeguards for international data transfers.

Some features may store data locally on your device, while account-based synchronization features may store data in cloud infrastructure associated with your account. Before launch, RamStrong should ensure the production architecture described to users matches the actual storage model.

16. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information and Consumer Health Data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. Safeguards may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, access controls, authentication protections, restricted administrative access, logging, vendor-management practices, and security monitoring.

No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, using device security features, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

If a security incident triggers a legal notification requirement, we will provide notice to affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law.

17. Community Product Database and Voluntary Product Contributions

RamStrong may maintain a shared product and nutrition database to improve food search and barcode scanning results for users of the Services.

17.1 Private Food Logs Remain Separate

RamStrong does not automatically publish or contribute information from your private food diary, food history, saved meals, DailyLog records, or other Health Data to the shared RamStrong product database. When you manually correct nutrition information for a barcode-associated food product, the corrected information may still be saved to your private RamStrong food records as part of the feature you requested. Sharing that correction with the RamStrong product database is a separate, optional action.

17.2 Information You May Voluntarily Contribute

After you manually correct nutrition information for a barcode-associated product, RamStrong may ask whether you would like to help improve RamStrong. If you affirmatively select “Share Product Correction,” RamStrong may receive:

  • Product barcode or GTIN
  • Product name
  • Brand
  • Serving quantity, unit, weight, and other serving information
  • Calories
  • Protein
  • Carbohydrates
  • Fat
  • Fiber
  • Submission and consent information
  • An internal account identifier associated with the contribution

The internal account identifier may be used by authorized RamStrong administrators for moderation, security, abuse prevention, processing withdrawal requests, and account-deletion purposes. RamStrong does not currently collect photographs or videos through the Product Contribution feature.

17.3 Information We Do Not Include in Shared Product Records

Product Contributions and approved shared product records do not include your private name or email address, profile information, body weight or weight history, weight-loss or wellness goals, calorie or water goals, medication, peptide or GLP-1 information, dose or injection history, symptoms or side-effect information, Apple Health / HealthKit or other connected-health information, steps, workouts or activity history, private food logs, meal history or meal times, DailyLog records, or other personal Health Data.

The internal account identifier associated with a pending Product Contribution is not included in the approved shared product information displayed to other users.

17.4 Consent

Product Contributions require an affirmative action. Editing nutrition information, scanning a barcode, logging food, creating an account, accepting the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, or enabling Apple Health or another connected-health platform does not by itself constitute consent to contribute product information.

If you select “No Thanks,” no Product Contribution is created. Declining does not prevent you from saving or logging the corrected food privately or otherwise using RamStrong. RamStrong records the applicable contribution-consent version when you choose to submit a Product Contribution.

17.5 Review and Moderation

Submitted Product Contributions may initially be maintained as pending records and may be reviewed, corrected, approved, rejected, or superseded by Stellar Software Development LLC. A pending contribution is not automatically presented to other users as verified nutrition information.

RamStrong may retain the contributor’s internal account identifier while the Product Contribution exists so authorized administrators can moderate submissions, investigate misuse, process withdrawal requests, and administer account deletion.

17.6 Approved Shared Product Records

If product information is approved, relevant product and nutrition information may be incorporated into a separate shared RamStrong product record and made available to other authenticated RamStrong users when they search for or scan the corresponding product. Approved shared product records do not retain the original contributor’s identity.

Other users are not shown the contributor’s name, email address, profile, account identifier, or other identifying account information. Approved product information may be identified within RamStrong as “RamStrong Verified” or with similar source information.

17.7 Product Information From Other Sources

RamStrong may also obtain food and nutrition information from third-party databases and services. RamStrong seeks to maintain appropriate source and provenance information and does not intentionally represent third-party database information as independently contributed RamStrong product information.

Nutrition information may change and can contain errors or inconsistencies among manufacturers, packaging, databases, and user-submitted corrections. You should verify nutrition information against current product packaging when accuracy is important.

17.8 Withdrawal of a Pending Contribution

You may request withdrawal of a pending Product Contribution by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before processing the withdrawal.

If submitted product information has already been reviewed and incorporated into an approved shared product record, the resulting non-identifying product and nutrition information may remain in the shared RamStrong product database.

17.9 Account Deletion

When your RamStrong account is deleted, Product Contribution records associated with your account are deleted as part of RamStrong’s account-deletion process, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Deleting your account does not necessarily remove product and nutrition information that was previously reviewed, approved, and incorporated into the shared RamStrong product database. Approved shared product records are maintained separately and do not retain the identity of the original contributor.

18. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify covered active-system data within the period required by applicable law. Backup copies may remain for a limited time until overwritten or isolated from ordinary use. Some records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other lawful purposes.

19. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information; access it; correct inaccurate information; obtain a portable copy; delete information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of Sensitive Personal Information; obtain information about certain third-party disclosures; and appeal a denied request.

You may also be able to edit or delete individual entries directly in RamStrong, change notification settings, revoke connected-health permissions through your device, disconnect third-party integrations, and delete your account through an in-app setting if available.

To submit a privacy request, use the contact method in Section 28. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

20. Washington Consumer Health Data Rights

Washington’s My Health My Data Act provides rights relating to Consumer Health Data. Subject to applicable law and exceptions, Washington consumers may have the right to confirm whether RamStrong collects, shares, or sells Consumer Health Data; access that data; receive information concerning certain third parties with whom it has been shared or sold; withdraw consent; and request deletion.

RamStrong does not sell Consumer Health Data. We will not collect, use, or share additional categories of Consumer Health Data or use existing Consumer Health Data for materially different purposes without first providing the disclosures and obtaining the affirmative consent required by applicable law.

RamStrong will not sell Consumer Health Data without a valid written authorization where required by Washington law. RamStrong also does not use geofencing around healthcare facilities to identify or target consumers based on their health-related visits or services.

21. Nevada Consumer Health Data Rights

Nevada law provides additional rights and obligations regarding Consumer Health Data. Subject to applicable law and exceptions, Nevada consumers may be entitled to confirm whether Consumer Health Data is being collected, shared, or sold; request a list of third parties with whom Consumer Health Data has been shared or sold; request that covered collection, sharing, or sale cease; request deletion; and appeal certain denials.

RamStrong does not sell Consumer Health Data. We will obtain affirmative, voluntary consent before collecting or sharing Consumer Health Data when Nevada law requires consent and will use separate consent for sharing when required. We will also maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security practices appropriate to the nature of the Consumer Health Data we process.

22. California Privacy Rights

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), applies to RamStrong’s processing of your Personal Information, California residents may have rights including access/knowledge, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale or sharing, limitation of certain uses of Sensitive Personal Information, and non-discrimination for exercising rights, subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

RamStrong does not sell Personal Information or share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change in a way that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, we will provide the notices and opt-out mechanisms required by law.

Categories of Personal Information that RamStrong may collect include identifiers; customer-record information; commercial/subscription information; internet or network activity; device and diagnostic information; sensory information such as uploaded photos; inferences based on goals or preferences; and Sensitive Personal Information including Health Data and account credentials. RamStrong does not intentionally collect professional, employment, or education information unless you voluntarily include it in a support communication or free-form field.

23. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states may have additional privacy rights depending on applicable law. Those rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out rights, sensitive-data consent rights, disclosure rights, and appeal rights. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by the law that applies to the request.

24. International Users

RamStrong is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Where the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction requires a legal basis for processing, we may rely on performance of a contract to provide requested Services; consent for optional processing such as certain connected-health, AI, notification, or Product Contribution features; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and limited product improvement; and legal obligations where processing is required by law. Where applicable, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

25. Children and Age Requirement

RamStrong is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information or Consumer Health Data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18 contrary to this requirement, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as required by law.

26. Third-Party Links and Services

RamStrong may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, products, educational resources, or other services. Those third parties operate under their own privacy practices. This Policy does not control third-party services, and you should review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

27. Business Transfers

If Stellar Software Development LLC, RamStrong, or substantially all related business assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, assignment, or change of control, Personal Information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

A successor must honor applicable legal obligations attached to Consumer Health Data. If a successor intends to materially change how Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information, or Consumer Health Data is used, shared, sold, or otherwise processed, the successor must provide any notice, consent, written authorization, or opt-out required by law before the new practice begins. Apple Health / HealthKit data remains subject to Apple’s platform rules and applicable law.

28. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as RamStrong evolves or as legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted where this Policy is made available and will display a revised effective date. If we make a material change, we will provide any additional notice required by law, which may include an in-app notice, website notice, or email.

Where applicable law requires affirmative consent, separate consent, or written authorization for a new Consumer Health Data practice, continued use alone will not replace that required consent or authorization.
